Benedetta Bruzziches was born in Caprarola, a small picturesque village in the province of Viterbo. Even as a child she had an urge to transform everyday objects into that of bags, hats and jewellery.

Her mother had her hands full and it was a mission to protect the household objects. She needed to keep Benedetta busy so being a capable sewer she passed on her knowledge to her daughter. Household objects turned into clothes, Benedetta got her hands on all the old clothes in the house and transformed them into something new. All day she would sew, embroider and knit, not so much to keep herself busy but because she loved to create. Here she was creating brand new items out of the old. In so many words she got a kick out of it. To this day she still gets the same kick when designing her collections. Growing up, she was forever hunting through flea markets and vintage shops picking up whatever caught her eye. She showed a great love for the elegance of the 1940s and 1950s which she still holds onto today.

It was a time for change for Benedetta, she needed to spread her wings, so from the small village she went to the capital. Rome. In the eternal city she met people of her own ilk and found herself truly in her element. She was eager for challenge so she worked harder and entered many a design competition. To her surprise she more often than not turned out to be the winner. She knew herself she had what it took and these victories spurred her on as she now was aware the people themselves knew she had what it took.
  
All these wins and knowledge are well and good, she knows she has the talent but she needs to know how the business side works. Off to another capital, the fashion capital. Milan. Here Romeo Gigli is her insight. He has her working right at his side where she is like a sponge soaking up all the information she can. Getting what she wanted from this position she ups and leaves the city. It is now time for the world, India, Morocco, Brazil, China, Japan, USA and many more. All of this in only two years. This travel would exhaust the many but on Benedettas return to Italy she starts off on the journey of creating her own label. All her newly attained knowledge and experience is waiting to be used and turned into her designs, Benedetta has seen the world and now it is time for the world to see Benedetta.

Tranoi in Paris is her next stop where her first collection is displayed and to no surprise there is much commotion over her designs. Paris was a big success and from here the success continues.
